I have worked with Mark and his team on several projects in my personal home. He refinished the floors in my home about 5 years and did a great job. We used him again for refinishing and installation of new floors in our new home this past year. His work is always impeccable and his service is top-notch. When he says he will be there, he will be right on time. When he says he will get you a quote, he will get it right on time. When he says that he will come back and fix a scratch (which we created a LOT of during our move), he will come back and do it right away.

We had Maxwell Hardwood Flooring install pre-finished (Lumber Liquidator) hardwood flooring and we are extremely pleased! Mark and his crew were extremely professional, timely and did a wonderful job on our floors. Mark was professional and did the job exactly as promised. He and his wonderful crew showed up on time and took great care with the project. He installed new flooring in a hall and family room which were adjacent to existing yellowed oak floors. My old flooring and new flooring look amazing – and you can’t tell where the new flooring begins. Mark’s prices are very fair and his work is high quality.
